Lilly, one of the two daughters of the hotel is particularly fond about preparing cakes of all sorts and kind. At times, you might therefore have the impression that our hotel is also a sophisticated pastry shop. Indeed, Lilly gets inspired by recipes she might read about in a magazine or here at the radio or even learn from our guests. Accordingly, to give an idea, her mastery in this field spans from the Tyrolean « Apfelstrudel », encompasses also some more exotic sweeties and reaches to selected traditional European calory phantasies such as the Austrian « Sachertorte » and the French « tarte aux fruits».
