At our hotel, the cuisine is in the hand of the boss, Lilly, the second daughter of the hotel founders Hermann and his wife Johanna Furtschegger.
The secret of our top class cuisine is first of all due to a most rigorous selection of regionally and home-grown natural base ingredients and products. Wherever we can, we use what our suppliers of trust (farmers, butcheries and small regional producers' cooperatives) get growing in the Alta Val Pusteria and our region South-Tyrol.
