Breakfast

We provide a continental-European breakfast buffet with a fine selection of organic products and delicacies in our specifically arranged welcoming breakfast room.

A brief overview: Italian & German coffee, herbal tea selection, hot chocolate, fresh milk from our family cows, soy milk, fruit juices, a range of yoghurts (natural & fruit), South Tyrolean apples, seasonal fruits, a choice of cereal, a selection of breads from the village bakery, rice crackers, free range eggs fresh from our farm, omelettes, as well as our fine selection of local cheese, ham & sausage products.

Our homemade jam, delicious cakes, German pastries, croissants, are not be missed.

We cater for intolerances such as lactose and gluten and offer healthy alternatives. Please speak to one of our staff if you have any allergies. Furthermore we are happy to arrange an individual packed lunch for you for a small extra fee.
