Cancellation
A cancellation can be unpleasant for you and also for us. Please contact us with a written notice in case of cancellation.
DEPOSIT (GUARANTEED BOOKING)
Your reservation is only definitively confirmed after a deposit is paid. We recommend you take out travel cancellation insurance.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Up to 2 months before arrival – cancellation is free of charge
- Up to 1 month before arrival: 40 % of the total amount will be charged
- Up to 2 weeks before arrival: 60 % of the total amount will be charged
- Up to 1 week before arrival: 70 % of the total amount will be charged
- Up to 2 days before arrival: 80 % of the total amount will be charged
- Cancellations within 1 day prior to arrival, 100% of the total booking will be charged
- in case of belayed arrival, premature departure or no-show we will charge 100 % of the total amount as per Italian law.
Cancellation conditions remain valid even if the canceled vacation apartment is passed on in whole or in part to other guests. Cancellations will only be accepted in writing.
The deposit paid prior to arrival (booking guarantee) is considered a security deposit. Cancellations up to 2 months before arrival will be refunded in full. If you cancel after this period, the above cancellation conditions apply.

(There is no right of withdrawal within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Code (Notification pursuant to Part III, Title III, Section I, of the Consumer Protection Code (Legislative decree 206/2005))).
