At our hotel, the cuisine is in the hand of Lilly, the second daughter.

The secret of our top class cuisine is first of all due to a most rigorous selection of regionally and home-grown natural base ingredients and products. Wherever we can, we use what our suppliers of trust (farmers, butcheries and small regional producers' cooperatives) get growing in the Dolomites and our region South-Tyrol.
